Wafer Handling Systems:  We develop custom semiconductor wafer handling work cells per customer specifications.  Wafer handling equipment may include, wafer handling robots, wafer grippers, non-contact Bernoulli end effectors, 5 and 6-axis wafer handling robot integration, wafer transfer systems and many other subsystems.  

Magazines / Cassettes Wafer Transfer:  Systems may transfer wafers to and from magazine (magazines), wafer carrier (carriers), wafer cassette (cassettes), wafer pod (pods), wafer tray (trays), etc.  Robots automate the loading / unloading and transfer between magazine, carrier, cassette, pod and tray devices within the work cell.  Wafer transfer (transferring), wafer transport and wafer sorting is accomplished. 

Wafer Vision Inspection and Marking:  Automated semiconductor wafer inspection for defects, scratches and bad dies.  Systems may identify visual defects, record bad die locations (map / mapping of wafers), mark bad dies using inkjet, dye or laser marking equipment and track (tracking) wafer / die locations.
